Services

We bring our expertise, time and relationships into every itinerary we design and every booking we make.

Our fee structure gives us the ability to work with all types of properties and providers so you can feel comfortable knowing we never make suggestions based on commission. We are meticulous in our choices so we can create trips that are 100% customized to you.

We charge a 5% management fee on the pre-tax value of all bookings. We require a non-refundable deposit up front, which varies depending on the service you need. The deposit is then applied as a credit toward the total fee amount. If the deposit exceeds the total fee, you will not be charged any additional amount on top of the deposit.

01 — Flight Only

$50 per domestic ticket

$100 per international ticket

$250 per complex ticket (2 or more stops required)

$400 per private charter booking

02 — Accommodation Only

$100 per hotel room

$200 per villa, home or apartment

$300 per cruise booking

$400 per yacht booking

If you require additional coordination services for villa, home, apartment, cruise or yacht bookings - such as private chefs, excursions, events etc. This will be charged as a custom itinerary.

03 — Custom Itinerary

Combine flight, accommodation and/or any concierge service. You do the dreaming, we'll handle the rest. $500 non-refundable deposit is required.

04 — Concierge Services

Concierge services are offered as part of a custom itinerary
